Five Generations of Craft
For five generations, we’ve carried the craft of butchery in our hands and our hearts. Born in Clonmel and now grown across Ireland, our story has travelled far, yet its heart remains the same. We celebrate where we’ve come from, and our next chapter is rooted in education, empowering every person in our team to grow, create, and lead.
We don’t just cut meat, we carve memories, season communities, and nourish connection. Every joint, every sausage, every slice tells a tale of care, craft, and commitment.
Now, we’re looking for the next generation to join a team recognised as a Great Place to Work® 2025, where every hand, heart, and mind matters.
Those Who Bring It to Life
We’re always seeking special people. Those who believe excellence is an attitude, learning never ends, and the warmth of a smile is as important as the sharpness of a knife.
Whether your passion lies in butchery, production, operations or people and culture, there’s a place for you here — with pathways to grow, develop, and explore new roles as your journey unfolds.
The role of Payroll and People Officer
Based at our Head Office in Clonmel – fully onsite
In every organisation, there are those whose craft ensures that the heartbeat of the business never falters. The Payroll and Payroll Officer is one such craftsperson, a steward of fairness, precision, and care.
Your work is the quiet rhythm behind every payslip, every record, every person who depends on you to get it right. With steady hands and a sharp eye, you will run payroll ensuring every detail is correct, every deadline met, every promise honoured.
Working onsite at our Head Office in Clonmel, you’ll be at the centre of our people operations, trusted presence in the everyday life of the business.
You’ll also help shape the story of those who join us, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and the wider rhythm of People and Culture life. From welcoming new faces to guiding long-standing colleagues, you bring consistency, confidentiality, and compassion to every interaction.
This role calls for a master of their trade, someone who understands that payroll is not just process but promise; and that people are at the heart of all we do. Experience is essential, and an IPASS qualification (or equivalent) is the mark of the craft we value. We value those who bring empathy to administration, order to complexity, and humanity to every form and file.
