Candlelight concerts bring live music to life in some of Dublin’s most stunning venues, all set against the warm glow of thousands of candles. From classical masterpieces to contemporary favourites, these immersive performances create a truly unforgettable atmosphere for every guest.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Event Manager to lead the delivery of Candlelight events across Dublin. You will oversee all operational, logistical, and guest experience elements, ensuring each performance runs seamlessly and maintains the premium standard of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from setup through to breakdown
- Manage event timelines, staffing, and on-site operations
- Liaise with venue teams, musicians, and production crews
- Ensure health & safety standards and venue regulations are upheld
- Oversee guest experience, including FOH flow and customer satisfaction
- Lead and support on-site teams, ensuring smooth communication throughout
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in real time
- Maintain the ambience and quality of the Candlelight experience
Requirements
- Proven experience managing events, ideally within live music or hospitality
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused approach
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Based in Dublin or able to travel for event delivery
Desirable Skills
- Experience in immersive or live music events
- Knowledge of venue operations and audience flow management
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Background in hospitality or premium events
Rate: €18ph + Travel
