Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. We are looking for people to join our company, as Production Operatives and support us in achieving our vision of bringing possibilities to life by manufacturing equipment for the medical device industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out production assembly duties and final pack-out activities, ensuring a high standard of work in accordance with ISO 13845 medical device regulations
- Carry out all operations with strict adherence to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support the company in contributing towards the delivery production targets and quality levels on schedule
- Complete regular and accurate updates of production performance including paper records, visual display boards and ERP Systems
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities at our site through Operational Excellence, idea generation and six sigma programmes
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Minimum of a leaving certificate qualification or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible attitude and a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
The position advertised is for the following shift pattern:
Weekend Shift
Evening Shift
Night Shift
This is a fixed-term, 6-month contract only.
