Position Title:
International Sales Executive –(Chinese Market Focus)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced International Sales Executive –(Chinese Market Focus) with substantial expertise in the Chinese market to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving the expansion of modular housing solutions in international markets, with a primary focus on Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development & Sales Management: Analyze market trends, identify competitive products, and formulate business strategies for expansion. Lead long-term projects and oversee key accounts in the Chinese market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain relationships with potential and existing clients in China, understanding their needs, and providing tailored housing solutions.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Ensure effective collaboration between Chinese manufacturers, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Create and maintain a high-quality, accurate sales pipeline aligned with the company’s procedures.
- Contract Negotiations: Manage pricing discussions, handle contract negotiations, and close sales deals with international clients.
- Legal and Logistical Coordination: Ensure all legal and logistical aspects are addressed for smooth transactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Substantial Experience in Sales & Market Development: Proven track record in managing sales operations and driving market expansion, particularly in the Chinese market.
- Native Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese: Fluent in both Mandarin and English to facilitate smooth communication with Chinese clients and partners, enhancing customer experiences and managing negotiations.
- Cross-Cultural Teamwork: Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and bridge cultural gaps between Chinese manufacturers and international stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Expertise in strategic planning, sales pipeline management, and handling legal and logistical aspects of international sales.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a technical background that provides a strong analytical approach to sales strategy development.
Relevant Experience:
- Experience leading large-scale sales operations in the Chinese market, managing key accounts, and fostering long-term partnerships with both clients and manufacturers.
- Proven ability to collaborate with teams across functions to meet customer needs and improve efficiency.
- Expertise in coordinating legal and logistical processes to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality standards of modular housing units.
Location:
The position will be responsible for coordinating the work of an international team, with a primary focus on the Irish market. The position will be based in Dublin, Ireland.
