The Role
You'll play an important part in our daily food production, helping prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and ensure our kitchen operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients for daily production
- Cook and assemble food according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP procedures
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and well stocked
- Assist with stock rotation and deliveries
- Work efficiently as part of a small, supportive team
- Help ensure consistent quality across all products
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen, catering or food production experience is essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Passion for producing high-quality food
Working Hours
- Starting at 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase to 37.5 hours
- Monday to Friday
- Typically 8:00am–4:00pm, with occasional slight variations depending on production requirements
- No regular evening or weekend shifts
