Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Site Engineer to join our team for upcoming and ongoing residential projects based in Tipperary.
You will be joining a team working on exciting and varied residential projects throughout the Tipperary area. These roles are full-time and offer long-term career opportunities with a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate.
- Providing progress reports for the site management team & clients
- Supervising the Setting out, levelling and surveying the site.
- Regular use of AutoCAD to check on site dimensions.
- Liaising with sub-contractors & site managers.
- Ensure all health & safety procedures are maintained.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4+ years’ experience in setting out on construction sites.
- Experience working on high value projects in Ireland or the Uk.
- Experienced in the use of instruments (total station, GPS)
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
