Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the function bars, ensuring smooth service and compliance with policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and maintain bar menus.
- Develop promotional strategies to attract customers and boost revenue.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and cost optimization.
- Stay updated on industry and cocktail trends, integrating them into offerings.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Establish and maintain efficient bar operating procedures.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Conduct meetings and training to enhance team skills and service quality.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and report to management.
- Collaborate with leadership to support broader business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven managerial experience in a high-volume or luxury bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and current beverage trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in stock control, cost management, and operations.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing laws.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
