Operations Coordinator
Location: Galway
Full-Time | Permanent
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to become the central point of coordination between our production team, suppliers, customers, and office operations.
This is a key role within the business, ensuring that information flows efficiently, schedules are maintained, and operational activities run smoothly. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day coordination tasks and help bring structure, organisation, and accountability to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate production schedules and delivery planning.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, updates, and delivery timelines.
- Liaise with suppliers and follow up on purchasing requirements.
- Maintain and update our ERP system (Intact IQ).
- Track jobs and ensure all operational information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate activities between sales, production, and suppliers.
- Manage day-to-day operational administration and record keeping.
- Monitor outstanding actions and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Assist with stock control and material planning.
- Support the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflow organisation.
- Prepare quotations and pricing proposals as experience develops.

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and capable of taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong IT and administrative skills.
Desirable ExperiencePrevious experience in one or more of the following sectors would be advantageous:
- Manufacturing
- Engineering
- Construction
- Builders Merchants
- Industrial Operations
Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Intact IQ, would be a significant advantage.
