What We're Looking For: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Administrator to join our growing HR team on a part-time, morning-only basis. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day administration of HR operations across multiple pharmacy locations while ensuring a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Manage and coordinate staff rotas, including drivers, remote pharmacists, and pharmacist rotas, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and operational coverage.
- Monitor employee compliance and mandatory training records.
- Assist with HR reports and data management.
- Provide administrative support across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
- Respond to employee queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and employment legislation.
