Cowper Care is seeking applications for the role of Sheltered Housing Supervisor who will work between our 3 Nursing Homes in Dublin
St Patrick's Care Centre, Baldoyle Dublin 13, Gascoigne House, Rathmines Dublin 6 and Glebe House, Rathmines Dublin 18
Purpose:
To support and oversee the wellbeing of residents living within 3 independent living/sheltered housing settings.
The Sheltered Housing Supervisor will:
Play a key role in promoting residents' health, safety, independence, and quality of life through regular well-being oversight, coordination of healthcare services, and day-to-day support within the community.
Essential Requirements

Relevant qualification in Nursing, Social Care, or related discipline
- Experience in sheltered housing, assisted living, or community-based elder care services

Strong understanding of elderly care, safeguarding, and resident wellbeing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland
- Access to own transport
Desirable Qualifications & Experience

Nursing qualification and registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (desirable)
- Knowledge of HIQA standards and older persons services in Ireland
- Experience using electronic care management systems

Garda Vetting and Police Clearance will be required for the successful applicant.
