Artic Driver (CE) – Day Shift
Newcastle West to Dublin
We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Artic Driver to join our transport team on a full-time day shift route operating between Newcastle West and Dublin.

Key Responsibilities
As an Artic Driver, your daily duties may include:
- Completing scheduled deliveries and collections between Newcastle West and Dublin
- Carrying out vehicle walkaround checks before and after each shift
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time
- Loading and unloading goods where required
- Securing loads correctly and following all transport safety procedures
- Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork and digital records
- Using tachograph equipment correctly and ensuring compliance with driving regulations
- Communicating professionally with transport planners, warehouse teams and customers
- Reporting any vehicle defects, delays or issues promptly
- Adhering to Road Safety Authority regulations and company policies at all times
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- Full clean valid CE Driving Licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification with up-to-date CPC modules
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of Irish road networks and transport regulations
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A reliable and professional attitude
- Applicants must be aged 23 years or over for insurance purposes
Desirable Experience
The following would be an advantage:
- Previous artic driving experience
- Experience with scheduled transport routes
- Experience working within a fast-paced logistics or distribution environment
