Role:
The successful candidate will demonstrate high attention to detail, good numerical ability, and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Excel.
This role is a key support position to the Office Manager. Punctuality and regular attendance are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing creditor invoices
- Processing creditor payments
- Dealing with creditor queries
- Opening new supplier accounts
- Monthly supplier reconciliations
Skills:
- Previous experience of 1+ years
- Self-starter
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Computer literate with good Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experience with Herbst would be an advantage but is not essential
Desirable Skills:
- A positive attitude and the ability to represent the company with the utmost professionalism
