As a Porter with Sodexo, you'll be the welcoming face of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless workplace operations and shape that all-important guest experience. Enjoy a role where you’ll love what you do.
What you'll do:

Provide professional porter and event support within a corporate office environment.

Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of corporate meetings, conferences, and events.

Set up meeting rooms and event spaces to a premium standard, including furniture, equipment, event materials, refreshments, and presentation requirements.

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, employees, and event attendees in a professional and efficient manner.

Support event room resets and ensure spaces are prepared before, during, and after meetings and events.

Assist with moving furniture, equipment, supplies, and event materials safely and efficiently.

Support event logistics, deliveries, stock management, and coordination of internal requirements.

Maintain high standards of presentation across meeting rooms, event spaces, and shared areas.

Work closely with reception, facilities, cleaning, and client teams to ensure smooth event delivery and operational support.

Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.

Follow all health and safety procedures, manual handling guidelines, and client requirements.

Provide flexible support during busy periods, corporate events, and special occasions.
What you'll bring:
-
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, events, facilities, or customer service environment.

Strong customer service skills with a professional approach.
-
Ability to complete manual handling tasks safely.
-
Good communication and organisational skills.
-
Experience within a luxury hotel, premium hospitality, corporate concierge, or executive office environment.
-
Experience supporting VIP guests, executive meetings, or corporate events.
-
First Aid or Fire Warden qualification.
