Main duties and responsibilities
- Contributing to a team culture focused on exceptional service, every time, for everyone.

Providing excellent customer service by being attentive, responsive, and friendly.

Communicating effectively with clients, guests, and team members

Upholding consistent standards in presentation and products, regularly assessing progress based on client feedback to enhance experiences.

Contributing to creating a positive work environment

Adhering to all Health and Safety guidelines, including proper handling of kitchen equipment and utensils.

Adhering to Company rules, and professional standards and procedures (COSHH, EHO, Food Hygiene standards)

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly

Assisting in the timely preparation of menu items under the guidance of the Chef or Catering manager.

Assisting with the setup of catering equipment, tables, chairs, and decorations according to event specifications.

Collaborating with the catering team to create visually appealing and organized displays.

Providing friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for our clients.

Assisting in plating and presenting dishes to maintain high-quality standards, ensuring correct meal portions to minimise waste.

Reporting any defects in equipment or premises to the line manager.

Supporting catering staff during events by ensuring a smooth flow of service.

Addressing customer requests and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

Performing any other ad hoc duties as deemed necessary
Qualifications and experience
- Previous experience in a similar environment

Ability to multitask. and works well under pressure.

Be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel.
-
Excellent customer service skills and a team player.
-
Garda vetting required
