Connect Recruitment are in search of suitable candidates for Plate Runner positions available in our client's workshop based just outside Longford Town.
The job includes:
- Assisting welders & fabricators in the workshop
- In charge of supplying steel plates to welders & fabricators
- Will partake in an array of general operative duties within the workshop, this is a great way to be introduced to the steel fabrication environment as you will experience all parts of the process.
Monday-Friday, Overtime available some weekends
There is a morning and evening shifts that rotate weekly (week 1 - 6am to 3pm/week 2 - 3pm to 12am).
Required for this role:
- Some workshop experience is a bonus but not essential
- Own transport to work is key as workshop is based outside Longford Town.
- Enthusiastic about learning the processes within the workshop and interested in future development within the company.
