Full Time Barista / Front of House Team Member
The Green Kitchen Café and Garden Shop is a busy social enterprise serving local families, community groups, and business customers in Walkinstown, Dublin 12.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Full Time Barista / Front of House Team Member to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Taking customer orders and handling transactions
- Assisting with food service and presentation
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene
- Supporting colleagues and contributing positively to a team environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous barista and/or café experience (preferred but not essential)
- A passion for coffee, food, and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work well as part of a team
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position working 5 days over 7.
Applicants must be available to work daytime shifts during the week and at weekends. Flexibility is essential.
