O'Leary Lissarda Volkswagen require a Workshop Controller/foreman,
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the workshop team delivery excellent customer service.
- Efficient operation of the workshop planner and organising work for each technician.
- Providing technical support to Technicians when completing difficult repairs.
- Ensuring that repair jobs are carried out completely and correctly by technicians in accordance with Volkswagen standards.
- Liaising with Service Advisors to ensure that the workshop is prepared to meet business requirements.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Full driving license.
