Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are expanding our team. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a client-side Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of cost management services on a major NEC4 Option C project.
Role Description
This is a full-time, site-based role for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor located in North Dublin. The successful candidate will assist in the cost management and financial reporting of a major NEC4 Option C contract, working as part of an experienced client-side team.
This represents an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor seeking exposure to one of the highest-value NEC4 projects currently being delivered in Ireland, offering strong career development and hands-on experience in a complex infrastructure environment.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Exposure to civil or infrastructure projects is advantageous, but not essential
- Willingness to adopt and utilise modern software and digital tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Full right to work in Ireland

Pay: €65,000.00-€85,000.00 per year
