Role Overview: PRONAV Clinical is continuously accepting applications to build a talent pipeline for upcoming flexible, casual, and temporary opportunities in our production operations team. We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Line Operator(s) with experience working within a GMP environment, to support upcoming projects. The successful candidate(s) will support our packaging and warehouse activities while maintaining the rigorous quality and compliance standards expected in the pharmaceutical industry. Due to the varying timelines of our production projects, successful applicants will only be contacted when suitable roles arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform packaging activities in accordance with packaging batch records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Set up and operate production line equipment correctly and efficiently.
- Carry out line clearances and maintain cleanliness of all work areas.
- Support warehouse operations including goods receipt, material transfer, and shipping.
- Accurately record inventory, production, and product information on batch records and quality documentation.
- Maintain awareness of product specifications and identify potential defects.
- Report deviations and assist in investigation processes as required.
- Provide clerical and administrative support as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment (pharmaceutical or GMP experience is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to follow detailed written procedures and SOPs.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Comfortable with documentation and basic administrative tasks.
- Willingness to sign a non-disclosure / confidentiality agreement.
- Ability to undertake manual handling tasks (training will be provided).
- Comfortable with flexible and varying hours
Working Conditions
This role is 100% onsite, remote working is not available for this role. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs; where possible, advance notice will be given. Additional PPE (goggles, gloves, etc.) will be provided where required.
Pay: €14.15-€17.50 per hour
