As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team in Naas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the customer journey from booking through to vehicle collection, while working closely with our Workshop and Parts teams to ensure an efficient and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the dealership and establish their requirements for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
- Manage service bookings by phone, email and in person, ensuring appointments are scheduled effectively around workshop capacity.
- Plan and coordinate the daily workshop schedule to maximise efficiency and ensure a smooth flow of work.
- Accurately record customer concerns and vehicle requirements, ensuring clear communication with Technicians and Workshop staff.
- Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates on progress, costs and completion times.
- Discuss vehicle inspection findings and recommended work with customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Prepare accurate estimates and obtain the necessary customer authorisation before additional work is carried out.
- Process invoices, payments and job cards, ensuring all documentation and customer records are completed accurately.
- Identify and recommend additional maintenance, parts, accessories and other relevant aftersales services where appropriate.
- Deal with customer enquiries, feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, working towards a positive resolution.
- Work closely with the Parts, Warranty, Workshop, Reception and Sales departments to provide a seamless customer experience.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential
High level of computer literacy
Excellent attention to detail
High standard of personal presentation at all times
Must be able to work well within a busy environment
A full clean driving licence is required for this position
Full Training will be provided for the suitable candidate
