Based in Ballincollig, Co. Cork, we work with homeowners, builders, contractors, developers, architects, landscapers, and interior designers across Ireland.
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the success of a growing Irish company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers and retail customers.
- Manage customer enquiries from the showroom, phone, email and online channels.
- Prepare quotations and calculate material requirements for customer projects.
- Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service from the initial enquiry through to project completion.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of our products and recommend the best solutions for each customer.
- Work closely with the team in a positive, supportive and professional environment.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in construction materials, building supplies, interiors, flooring, tiles or a related industry would be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, target-driven attitude with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using computers and sales software.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Full Irish driving licence.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland.
