We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Site Foreman to lead and oversee retrofit construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Install a range of energy efficiency upgrades including:
- Solar PV systems
- Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems
- Ceiling Level Insulation
- Sloped Ceiling Insulation
- Drylining
- External Insulation
- Natural Ventilation
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant safety regulations and building codes, prioritizing health and safety for all site personnel.
- Maintain thorough documentation of daily site activities, including progress reports, site logs, and incident reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification in carpentry/joinery.
- Experience in managing on-site teams is desirable.
- Strong carpentry skills and a comprehensive understanding of retrofit construction techniques, including energy-efficient building methods, insulation, air-sealing, and sustainable material usage.
- Honest, hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Confident using it software & reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
