Senior Human Resource – Business Partner
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Human Resource – Business Partner to collaborate with People Managers to build a high-performance company through employee excellence.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Build a culture of employee excellence by coaching, guiding, supporting, challenging and empowering employee excellence.
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (mentoring, career planning, coaching)
- Optimise organisational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business.
- Identify training needs and design training programs in line with the company vision.
- Ensure the company has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future.
- Select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill critical roles.
- Implement reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results.
Supporting wider HR Team:
- Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management.
- Support HR Department with Employee Relations as required.
- Strategic Planning
- Performance Enhancement
- Consultative
Other:
- Provide data, metrics statistics, and reports to develop insight / identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that a high-quality HR service is provided to meet business objectives.
- Design and implement training and development opportunities for employees such as onboarding; technical topics; management training etc.
- Other HR-related responsibilities as required by the business.
Own the Company Vision and Values and ensure that all employees perform to both.

To excel you will need to:
- Enjoy collaborating with People Managers and seek satisfaction in seeing colleagues thrive and grow with your support.
- Challenge processes and procedures to get best from people.
- Have a HR Qualification and a strong understanding & experience of all HR Functions. Excellent knowledge and understanding of employment legislation.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR field; specifically, Performance Management and Learning and Development.
- Experience of working with a variety of corporate cultures and business areas.
- Experience in a start-up / SME environment is preferable.
