We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will promote and sell broadband services to residential and business customers on behalf of our agency. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, and passionate about achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through door-to-door sales, events, referrals, outbound calls, or other approved sales channels.
- Present broadband products and services, explaining features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable broadband package.
- Generate new sales while meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Accurately complete customer applications and submit all required documentation.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using the company's CRM or reporting system.
- Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, telecommunications, retail, or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, or CRM systems to manage sales activities.
