This is an exciting opportunity to apply your quantitative analysis and data expertise within Group Treasury. You will contribute to the development and oversight of key models that support balance sheet management, funding and risk decisions. - Lead the development, monitoring and enhancement of Group Treasury (GT) and Asset and Liability Management (ALM) models
- Provide challenge and insight on externally developed models and contribute to continuous improvement of modelling approaches
- Collaborate with second line partners, supporting constructive technical discussions and strengthening model outputs
- Oversee model documentation, ensuring it meets internal standards and regulatory expectations
- Support model validation activities, governance processes and strategic GT projects such as ICAAP, CRT and funding/liquidity initiatives
You bring experience in quantitative finance or risk management, with strong analytical skills and an ability to work with complex data. You are comfortable interpreting financial information in a regulated environment and can clearly communicate insights to a range of partners.
You have an inquisitive mindset and enjoy challenging existing approaches to improve outcomes. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and work at pace will help you succeed in this role. Strong collaboration and influencing skills will enable you to build effective relationships across teams.
Experience with the following will help you stand out but is not required to apply for this role:
- Bloomberg, SAS, R, Excel or other programming tools
- Market data analysis, time series modelling or ALM frameworks
- Systems such as Murex or similar treasury platforms

Group Treasury (GT) sits within the Group Finance division and is responsible for funding, liquidity, capital and structural market risk. The team ensures a coordinated approach to balance sheet management, supporting the Group's long-term growth ambitions.
GT works closely with teams across Risk, Strategy, Legal and Investor Relations to shape policy, manage risk and support decision-making. The team also plays a key role in recovery and resolution planning. You will be joining a collaborative and knowledgeable team, focused on using data and insight to support sustainable performance.
This is a hybrid role, based primarily at our Dublin office. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in-person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
