A valid PSA Security Guarding Licence is required for this position.
( We are not considering candidates who do not hold a valid PSA licence )
Position: Retail Security Guard
Location: Dublin 1, Dublin 2
Hourly Rate: €16
Schedule: Full Time and Part Time Monday to Sunday
Objectives of this role:
- Maintain store area with Radios and Body Cams
- Ensure a safe environment for customers and store management
- Engaging with customers and offering assistance
- Actively patrolling and monitoring security cameras
- Be always visible and observant.
- Escort unwelcome customers from the store
- Respond immediately to incidents swiftly and appropriately in a calm professional manner
- Maintain the company’s reputation with professionalism and legal compliance
- Collaborate with other security officers and site management
- Maintain a high level of vigilance
- Complete daily reports including relevant information, observations, CCTV footage and signatures
- Investigate and take appropriate action as required by company policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activity, safety, and fire incidents
- Control and monitor CCTV always adhering to GDPR and perform building and equipment inspections
