Purpose of the Role:
- Assist in the smooth running of the premises to ensure all customers receive highest standards of goods and services during their visit
- They will work closely with the manager on all issues of running the bar.
The right person needs to be outgoing, enthusiastic and looking to give commitment to our company.
- Ensure that the premises is maintained to an exceptionally high cleanliness standard
Person Specification:
- Excellent customer service skills and a good ability to interact with customers.
- 5 years previous experience at a supervisory level
- Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the licensed trade
- Be capable of using your own initiative
