Key Responsibilities

Carry out hand and visual security searches on in-flight supplies, equipment, carts, ovens, and transporters.
-
Conduct vehicle and hi-loader security checks before catering is transported to aircraft.

Apply and manage tamper-evident security seals to screened equipment and vehicles.
-
Complete all required aviation security documentation accurately and on time.
-
Use approved security tools and ensure all seals and paperwork are kept secure.

Work closely with transport managers, supervisors, and catering teams to support daily operations.
-
Report any security breaches, damaged equipment, or incidents immediately.
-
Maintain high standards of health & safety, hygiene, and PPE compliance.
-
Work flexibly across different environments, including chillers and fridges.
-
Attend daily briefings and all required security training and refresher courses.
Work Experience
-
Good standard of English both written and verbal
-
Working knowledge of Basic Hygiene, Health & safety, and security.
-
Ideally some experience in a production/manufacturing/store’s environment/security.
-
Experience of working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

COMMUNICATION:

Ensure Production are catering to latest specs

Participate in meetings with the customer as required.

Attend Commercial meetings as required.

Attend morning unit briefings on a daily basis.

Attend ad hoc meetings as required.
Skills & Knowledge:

Basic numeracy skills

Must demonstrate integrity, confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Ability to work efficiently using own initiative to resolve issues

Ability to build relations and work with diverse teams

Effective verbal and written communication skills in English,

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales, prioritising as appropriate

Proactive and positive/flexible attitude

B- Driving license would be an advantage but no necessary
