The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Sourcing & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team.This role offers hands-on exposure across procurement, supplier management, stock planning, international logistics, product development and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment where they can make a meaningful contribution from day one.No prior procurement experience is required. We are looking for someone with strong potential, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Assist with preparation and management of supplier purchase orders
- Liaise with international suppliers regarding product orders, production schedules and delivery timelines
- Support supplier sourcing and evaluation projects
- Maintain accurate supplier and purchasing records
Supply Chain & Logistics
- Monitor shipments and track inbound inventory from overseas suppliers
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs agents and logistics providers
- Assist in resolving shipping, inventory or supplier-related issues
- Support forecasting activities to ensure appropriate stock availability
Inventory & Operations
- Monitor stock levels and inventory performance
- Assist with replenishment planning and inventory reporting
- Ensure product information and stock records remain accurate within company systems
Product Development & Improvement
- Support ongoing product improvement initiatives
- Participate in supplier discussions relating to product enhancements
- Assist with new product development projects and launches
- Coordinate information and feedback between suppliers and internal teams
Compliance & Sustainability
- Assist with packaging, environmental and product compliance requirements
- Support initiatives related to EPR, PPWR and other regulatory obligations
- Maintain related documentation and reporting records
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare reports using Excel and Odoo
- Analyse operational data to support decision making
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Highly Desirable
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Interest in procurement, supply chain management, logistics or operations
- Experience using ERP systems such as Odoo
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
