Flight Club Dublin is looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and loves delivering consistently great food.
As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining high food standards, and leading the team by example.

Support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations

Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all dishes

Supervise and motivate the kitchen team during service

Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards

Maintain high standards of health & safety and cleanliness

Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste

Contribute to menu development and kitchen efficiency

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up

Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures

Excellent knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy venue
