Due to continued growth, we are recruiting General Operatives to join our manufacturing team. Role Overview:
As a General Operative, you will support the manufacturing process, ensuring quality production and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete role-specific training
- Operate machinery and assist production as instructed
- Perform product handling, quality checks, and labelling
- Prepare finished goods for dispatch
- Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and documentation
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing experience in a similar environment (preferred)
- Attention to detail and ability to meet targets
- Strong work ethic and initiative
- Good time management and team spirit
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Forklift licence (an advantage)
- Technical/mechanical background is an advantage
Shift:
8-hour rotational shift: Mon–Fri (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, or 10pm–6am)
14.15+ per hour plus shift allowance
