Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume, establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
