Hollyfort is seeking a proactive and hands-on Project Supervisor to support the coordination and delivery of multiple live projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, in-house teams, suppliers, and customer requirements to ensure projects are progressing efficiently, completed within agreed deadlines, and delivered to a high standard.
This role requires a highly organised individual with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts across live projects. The position is both office and field based and will involve regular interaction with customers, subcontractors, site teams, and client representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities from instruction through to completion.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are being achieved.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, in-house teams, and client representatives.
- Attend sites and properties as required to assess progress and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate project records, trackers, and reporting systems.
- Ensure all project information is updated accurately across internal systems and client platforms.
- Attend properties and sites as required to assess progress, resolve issues, and support delivery teams.
- Monitor open works and follow up to ensure completion within agreed timeframes.
- Support the efficient allocation of labour, subcontractors, and materials across multiple live projects.
- Generate and track purchase orders as required.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and operational teams.
- Support the preparation of reports, trackers, claims, and project updates.
- Work closely with Quantity Surveyors, Foremen, Clerks of Works, and management teams.
- Escalate issues promptly and assist in finding practical solutions.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within construction, property services, maintenance, housing, or a similar environment.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple live tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong IT and systems skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and job management systems.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of workload.
- Full clean driving licence.
