We are currently looking for an experienced Server to join our Front of House team.
We are seeking someone with previous experience in Dublin's hospitality industry, ideally within fine casual dining, who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and enjoys working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Server in Dublin's restaurant industry.
- Previous experience in fine casual dining or premium hospitality.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge; cocktail and wine knowledge is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
- Fluent English and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Your responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding dining experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
- Confidently explain our food menu, cocktails, tequila and mezcal selection, and daily specials.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and management team to ensure seamless service.
- Build genuine relationships with guests and create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits.
