Are you an experienced Maintenance or Automation Engineer ready to take the next step in your career?
This is a great opportunity to join a leading manufacturing organisation as a Maintenance Supervisor, where you’ll lead a team of engineers while continuing to develop your technical expertise across Siemens PLCs, SCADA and industrial automation.
The role offers genuine development for someone looking to move into engineering leadership, with exposure to team management, automation projects, continuous improvement and maintenance strategy. It’s an excellent platform for someone who ultimately wants to progress into a Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager position.
The Role
- Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Coordinate planned & reactive maintenance
- Support Siemens PLC & SCADA systems
- Lead continuous improvement projects
About you:
- Electrical / Automation qualification
- Maintenance background
- PLC Fault Finding & Programming experience
- Ambition to progress into management
