Venue & Operations Duty Manager

The Linen Yard is a unique food yard, bar and event space in Harold’s Cross. We’re looking for a confident, energetic and hands-on Duty Manager to take responsibility for running the venue at weekends.
The role includes operating the bar, overseeing daily operations, supporting our food vendors and staff, and ensuring customers have a brilliant experience.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has hospitality, bar or events experience
- Is friendly, reliable and confident taking charge
- Is organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Enjoys working with customers and leading a team
- Has an interest in events and helping a growing venue develop
The regular working days are Saturdays and Sundays. Some flexibility will also be required to work occasional midweek corporate events, private parties and other special events.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in hospitality or events management. As our events offering grows, there will be scope for additional hours, increased responsibility and progression within the role.
