We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bakers to join our team and help us continue to delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of sweet products including cakes, cookies, and specialty desserts.
- Follow recipes and create new ones to meet customer demands and seasonal trends.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all baked goods.
- Manage baking schedules to ensure fresh products are always available.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and accommodating special requests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or in a similar role in a bakery or pastry shop essential.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Creativity and passion for baking sweet treats.
- Ability to work morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
