Part-time position available in a busy vape shop located in Ennis. Must be available weekends
Main Responsibilities:
- To interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Providing customers with excellent customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, and products.
- To answer any customer queries with regards to products.
- To handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- The opening, cashing up and closure of the business.
- Performing tasks such as counting money, balancing cash drawers. Keeping the store tidy and keeping the store well merchandised.
- Processing payments
