This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated RIAI Registered Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to a broad project portfolio.
Role
We’re seeking a proactive Project Architect with 5–7 years’ experience to lead technical design, coordinate with consultants, manage project documentation, and drive projects from concept to construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design development and construction documentation for assigned projects
- Produce and review drawings, detailing, specifications, and BIM models (ArchiCAD a plus)
- Coordinate with clients, planning authorities, engineers, and contractors; present design progress
- Manage schedules, budgets, and quality control; support risk management and value engineering
- Mentor junior team members and uphold drawing standards
- Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and sustainability goals
Job Requirements
- RIAI Registered Architect with 5–7 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong portfolio across relevant project types with solid construction knowledg
- Proficiency with ArchiCAD is a plus
- Clear communicator, collaborative, and deadline-driven
- Familiar with Irish planning processes and Building Regulations; eligible to work in Ireland
