As a Warehouse and Distribution Coordinator you are responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution activities to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and timely delivery of products. The role works closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to maintain accurate inventory records, optimize stock levels, coordinate shipments, and support the smooth operation of the Company's supply chain while ensuring high standards of operational efficiency and customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of products to ensure efficient warehouse operations and timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and support stock control and replenishment activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to manage inbound and outbound deliveries and ensure efficient distribution.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse, inventory, and distribution reports to support operational planning and management decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory management, and distribution efficiency while ensuring compliance with Company policies and operational procedures.
Pay: €36,605.00 per year
