Carry out preventive, condition based, and corrective maintenance.
- Plumbing experience advantageous
- Respond to emergency breakdowns onsite plumbing matters.
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of all on site mechanical plant and equipment.
- Supervise contractors onsite and review contractor reports.
- Escorting and assisting all on site 3rd party contractors
- Be capable of using own judgement where required to ensure issues are dealt with promptly.
- Observing all onsite and legislative rules and regulations in terms of Health and Safety.
- Perform daily site walkthroughs to verify correct operations on site.
- Ensure all Company paperwork is completed accurately and legibly at all times and presented
in a timely manner.
- Participate in the Company’s out of hours’ emergency call out rota as required. Over-time
required when necessary.
- Maintain a professional manner at all times and develop good working relationships with
clients and other staff members.
- Carry out other duties as required to include, painting; plumbing; ad-hoc repairs
- Manage the distribution of any keys to contractors and ensure their safe return.
- Carry out emergency procedures in the event of a fire, flood, and break in, accident etc.
