A leadership position within our well established and recently refurbished, pizzeria dozzina kitchen. Connected to our hotel and working along side the main kitchen. The role will require a head pizza chef to take the lead of operations and also to oversee the daily running of the pizzeria kitchen with the head chef and management team. To manage a small team of 3 within the pizzeria and to maintain company standards and to drive the project forward. previous kitchen experience required. Training and assitance provided by our current team of senior chefs. Pay is based on experience.
