We are seeking a skilled senior hair stylist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering top-quality hair services, whilst working well within part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Must be confident to Provide the following - Haircuts, Balayage, Highlighting, Colouring & styling services to clients.
- Offer personalised in dept consultations to determine the best hair styles and treatments for clients.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and hair care products.
- Create a positive and welcoming experience for clients, ensuring satisfaction at every visit.
- Maintain salon cleanliness and ensure tools and equipment are sanitized and organised.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the salon through excellent customer service and client retention.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a senior hair stylist (minimum 6 years).
- Exceptional skills in cutting, colouring, and styling different hair types and textures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- A positive, team player attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
