Location: Dawson Street, Dublin 2.
Salary: €18-€19 p/h (from €14.20 p/h plus service charge)

What you’ll do:
- Greet, welcome, and seat guests with professionalism
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocation efficiently
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Provide menu knowledge and assist with guest queries
- Coordinate closely with the floor team to ensure smooth service
- Monitor guest experience and handle feedback or complaints
- Maintain an organised and presentable reception area
- Support the team during busy service periods
The Ideal Receptionist:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar position
- Friendly, calm under pressure, and team-focused
- Passion for hospitality and great service
- Strong communication skills (fluent English required)
- Previous restaurant experience is a bonus
