Experienced Forklift Operator / High Reach Warehouse Specialist
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Experienced Forklift Operator / High Reach Warehouse Specialist to join our busy warehouse team. This is a hands-on role focused on the safe and efficient movement, loading, unloading, and storage of stock within the warehouse.
The successful candidate must have proven forklift and high reach experience along with current forklift licences/tickets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and high reach equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks accurately and safely
- Pick, pack, and move stock within the warehouse
- Ensure stock is stored correctly in designated locations
- Assist with goods receivable and dispatch operations
- Conduct stock takes and cycle counts as required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all health & safety procedures, including PPE requirements
- Report damaged stock, equipment faults, or safety concerns
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily targets
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience essential
- Valid forklift licence/tickets required
- High reach forklift experience is essential
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills advantageous
