Store Manager & Team Leader – Homesavers Bunclody
Homesavers Bunclody is hiring a Store Manager and Team Leaders to join our team. We're looking for experienced retail leaders to help drive store performance, manage day-to-day operations, and lead a motivated team.
Please note: the Store Manager role requires prior management and supervisory experience. Candidates only supervisory experience will be considered for the Team Leader position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full accountability for store P&L, sales targets, and KPIs
- Recruiting, training, and developing your team; managing rosters, attendance, and payroll
- Driving performance through coaching and performance management
- Stock control, ordering, deliveries, and loss prevention
- Conduct regular checks on pricing, inventory, stock accuracy, and loss prevention
- Store standards, health & safety, and compliance with company policy
- Acting as the key link between store floor and head office
- Communicate effectively with head office and higher management
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Communicates clearly and confidently with team members and management.
- Manages time, tasks, and store operations in an organized and reliable way.
- Ability to drive sales and meet store targets
- Excel Knowledge
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment is desirable but not essential.
