Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Industrial / Builders Cleaner to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards across industrial facilities, construction sites, warehouses, and commercial properties. The successful candidate will carry out deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and industrial cleaning duties using specialist equipment including power washing, REACH systems, and wash systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform industrial cleaning and builders cleaning on construction and industrial sites
- Carry out post-construction and sparkle cleans on newly completed buildings
- Operate specialist cleaning equipment including:
- Power washers / pressure washing systems
- REACH cleaning systems
- Industrial wash systems
- Floor scrubbers and industrial vacuum cleaners
- Clean floors, walls, windows, ceilings, machinery, and external areas
Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or builders cleaning preferred
- Experience using power washing equipment and industrial cleaning systems
- Experience using power washing equipment and industrial cleaning systems
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Flexible approach to shifts, overtime, and site locations
- Clear and valid driving licence
Preferred Qualifications
- Manual Handling certification
- IPAF / MEWP certification
- Safepass certification

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
