The post holder will have a pivotal role in the development, co-ordination and management of activity and resources within the area of Labour, Birth & Antenatal Inpatient Services.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a registered Midwife with 5 years post-qualification relevant experience with a Minimum of 3 years management experience at a CMM 2 level or above in an acute area .
- Lead in developing and mentoring staff working within Labour, Birth and Antenatal Inpatient Services.
- Be highly organised and motivated with excellent communication skills and a proven background of planning and prioritisation.
