Senior Bartender -Sutton
Independent family-owned group offering exceptional service! The Marine Hotel in Sutton is currently looking for an experienced Senior Bartender to join our team on a full-time basis.
You will be required to work in the bar of a very busy Bar & Restaurant operation located in the heart of Sutton within the Hotel.
- Drink Preparation: Crafting a wide range of cocktails and beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Team Management: Training and supervising junior bartenders and bar staff to deliver excellent service.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring and ordering bar supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers, providing menu recommendations, and resolving any issues to enhance the dining experience.
Skills Required:
- Mixology Knowledge: Strong understanding of cocktails, wines, and spirits, with the ability to create new recipes.
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
- Leadership Abilities: Experience in training and managing a team, with the confidence to lead by example.
Other Requirements:
- Must have bar experience - minimum 2 year
- Must understand local trend and needs
- Have positive can do attitude
- Be flexible in terms of working weekends
- Must have great customer service experience
