- We close on all bank holidays and Sundays so you can take time off with family and friends
- We have long Christmas holidays and are closed for 10 or 11 days. more time off with family and friends

- We don't work late nights
- We train you in all aspects of the cafe operations
- We will train you in HACCP food hygiene if you don't already have it.
- We don't shout or boss people around and and we hope you don't either
- We are busy and we all work hard and we respect each other
- If we're not enjoying ourselves we talk about it
- We don't tolerate (and we've never had to)racism, sexism or bullying. it's just not in our culture
- You will be a team player and thoroughly enjoy taking good care of our wonderful customers
- You will be passionate about food and enthusiastic about learning and working as part of our team.
- You'll have a positive approach as you serve on the counter , work on the floor or make excellent coffee.
- It would be great if you have a full, clean driving license.
- You can speak fluent English.
- You are an experienced person who enjoys working with people as much as food !
- You will have 1 year's experience in a customer facing food and coffee environment and be flexible across the week including early evenings and Saturdays.
